Nepotism nightmare

I have a job that I used to love. Small company, huge growth, great people. I have 15 years experience in my field. My supervisor Paul, who hired and mentored me, left a few months after I came on board. The owner of my company hired his 26 year old daughter, who has no experience whatsoever, to replace him. He told us she was “the new Paul”, yet I got all of Paul’s duties. She got the title and the salary. I am disgusted over the fact that this dumb twit is now my boss. She makes the workdays miserable and acts like a 2 year old if she doesn’t get her way. She is on Facebook all day. I have just about had it. Why would an owner make such a stupid decision? And what would you do? Obviously, it’s a sensitive topic since I would be complaining about…
