I was re-hired at a fast food job that I had worked two years prior, but quit after 2 days of work because of how horrible and non-existent management there was. Because I had been starting it as a new job, I didn’t know what my clock in number was, and the leaders on shift didn’t help.
I texted the GM my hours, she said she’d put them in but didn’t. She then said she contacted payroll, still no check. Almost 4 months later I’m filling out a missing wages report, trying to figure out who to include. Then someone from the franchise gives me a call and says I should be expecting my check in the mail either to my address or to the store so I postpone the paperwork.
It never did come in the mail. I called the store and still no news at all. I dont know if I should even expect a W2
