So I quit a job last year and they never mailed me my W-2.
When I’ve emailed HR they would give me a link to obtain it digitally but I don’t remember my employee ID number etc. to obtain it.
Are employers legally obligated to mail a W-2 on request or are there exceptions for big employers because they sent me a 1095-C form but no W-2.
I need to file my taxes now.
