There are still 10 million unfilled positions in the United States. Companies are struggling to fill these, meaning potential employees hold ALL of the power. Forget the salary range if listed. Ask for a living wage, worst they can do is say no. If it turns out to be a toxic sweatshop and it makes you miserable dump them and find another. It's not worth it.
