I currently work for a large company and have been fully remote during Covid. Now they want all employees back in the office five days a week, which means a sucky two hour commute daily, parking costs, gas, and wasted time. Another company is offering fully remote, but the kicker is that it would be a 25% pay cut. Am I crazy to take the pay cut and stay remote?
