New Management, weak Pathetic leadership

I haven’t missed a day of work in over 5 years, I do my job and a great job at it. But I don’t let anyone talk down to me or take advantage of me I don’t care there position. My time off I always put in months ahead of time and the old manager approved it all, before he got fed up with this place and quit. I work Tuesday through Saturday, Tuesday’s and Saturdays being the busiest days. So because they bookend my regular days off, I request Tuesday’s and Saturdays off to extend my breaks and so I can take advantage of my PTO. They haven’t got the ball rollin on hiring anyone in months, or taking feedback on how to mitigate the work load for Tuesday/Saturday, Rather telling me that it’s gonna be hard on my coworkers because I’m gonna take time off. Weak ass leadership…

Weak ass leadership to put it on me when all I do is show up punctual as fuck and bust my ass. But I ain’t killin myself for nobody. I got 6 Saturdays off from June to September, what kinda stupid fuckin math is half of the Saturdays… thanks for reading me vent my frustration
