Our company recently started using a new time keeping software and now they are suggesting that we login 10 – 15 minutes early to ensure that their trash system has time to load. We can’t clock in more than 5 mins early or it’s consider time card fraud but it’s ok for them to steal 10-15 mins of my time ?
