New unpaid internship is making me go to the doctor and get fingerprints, should I count the time it takes as my hours?

Basically the title describes it. I’m getting my masters in social work and I’m onboarding with a new company. I’m supposed to be on a break from field work and school but they’re making me do all of these things before the semester starts. Should I just add the time it takes to my time sheet? The fingerprinting place is an hour away and I have to use my own insurance to get the urine/blood tests they need.
