New Year, New Job

I've been a supervisor of a site that's been a sinking ship well before I got there for about 4 months now. Had 2 people randomly quit on me and a flex that we desperately need for our weekend shifts tell me he never wanted to be at my site. I am now praying that when January 2 hits, I'll finally get told by someone that the better paying position I applied for is mine. It's no wonder my position has been a revolving door: I don't get any support from any of my higher-ups, the pay is absolutely dogshit where we're located, and God forbid you have any huge personal problems while you're there because if you ever leave without it being the end of your shift or someone to cover for you, because your ass will be fired so fucking fast.
