New York Times “The Daily” podcast talks about workplace surveillance

This is a new episode that I just started listening to. It talks about remote workers being monitored by programs that take screenshots of them to find when they're idle. For one example, when someone got a text from their kid, they deleted that screenshot, therefore not getting paid for that time. It goes more in depth. I'm not sure if this is allowed but I thought it would bring some new info on what to look for.
