My department is supposed to be coming out with a new comp plan starting July 1st, we have not seen or heard about it. We have been on a flat fee for the past few months and with 65% of our pay is commission (our hourly is 15) on top of being brought back to the office two months early along with talks about more layoffs is making me rethink my current path. I took this position so I could have a livable wage and usually comp plans come out months ahead so I’m pretty sure it’s not great and they are holding on until the end to present it.
I’m not tied to where I live. I would love to be out of a red state. Any recommendations for areas that are easier to live (not as expensive) and have actual community that’s not directly tied to a religion?
