Anyone here works in a job where there is zero cover for you and totally time sensitive tasks on your plate? How do you cope with it? My new job has been awful in that I am the only person in the team. Every time ive been unwell or my child has been unwell and Ive had to take PTO, I still end up working from home to clear tasks. I have not fully recovered because I haven’t gotten a proper day of rest and i feel so stressed. Advice?
