Been stewing on this for months, no longer care not paid enough.
As I sit here not allowed to leave to get food anymore even on a holiday with no management.
I have been working for here for quite a while, and applying to other positions.
In the last seven months or so upper management made the rule that no one is allowed to leave to get food except them. There is no written paper trail of this anywhere in emails or write-up forums, reason being management is terrified of bad press.
This is a local Government/State job but I guess that doesn't matter anymore especially for this State.
Looking to join a union job now, couple of friends said it was the best decision they ever made.
I know this sub loves its name and shame, City of Scottsdale in Arizona, yeah that Scottsdale one of top ten richest City's in America underpaid and underappreciated, there is a reason all departments are understaffed.
