So I worked 8 hrs no lunch and short 10 min. break …. I asked if we got half hour OT since we worked our 8 hours straight and boss says no …. Usually we work 8.5 … the half hour for lunch …. So what I wanna know am I entitled to the half hour OT for working straight 8 hours cause he’s saying “well you get to leave half our early … but if that’s the case then shouldn’t I had just worked 7.5 instead of 8?
