Well it finally happened. Our work has been really good for overtime, everyone in my department had 10hrs every pay which helped boost our pay to a more acceptable level. I'm a department manager and I make only $18hr but with the overtime is always around $21 so this will be a big cut for me. The other are around $15-$16 (livable wage is $23.5 here) This annoys the hell out of me as my department has worked our butts off this past year. Might be time to start looking for a new job…
