Sibling's employer just sent this to the team. It's a pub. Our family has had tickets booked since September for an event in July. Workplace also won't allow you to book time off until a month in advance so wasn't able to book it off when tickets were bought. It's a lousy 4 days off that they now won't allow. Great way to lose your employees. Hiring more part time staff would solve this. Idiots! Argh!
