I moved to South Carolina just about a year ago and I’m just finding out today that South Carolina does not have ANY laws making it mandatory to provide workers a break or lunch (unless you are a minor) regardless of how long their shift is. I’m deeply appalled and shocked, how in the world is this state still stuck in the industrial Revolution.
