Non-Sleazy Job Posting?

Hi all, I'm a long time lurker, and need some advice. Recently I got promoted at my job to a low management position, and my first major task is to create a job listing for a position on my team. I know nothing sets off red flags like, “We treat you like family,” or the like. However, I'd really like to make clear that the company actually puts it's money where it's mouth is. In my time here, all the job offers have been above market rate, with benefits, flexible hours, and strict 32-40 hour weeks. No midnight emergencies or out-of-description work. What can I say in a posting to indicate even some of this? Background: This is a Front End Web Designer role, where (apparently) people typically make bids on projects, rather than me offering an hourly/salary amount. I'm a Data Engineer, not Full Stack or Front End. Oh…
