I’m a billing specialist currently at a home health agency – and the new company is one of our vendors. They asked me to get consent from leadership at my current job in regards to a non-solicitation agreement ( I thought this only applied to like aides, nurses or like higher up / VP people ? ) how should I approach my current boss about getting consent? …
