Not being paid holiday pay (in handbook) because the company is broke.

My company that I work for has decided they won’t be paying us thanksgiving Pay nor Christmas and new years. They also stated they won’t be observing the days off for the holidays that we should get that is also in the handbook. We should get the Mondays off after the holiday if the holiday falls on a sunday(closed sundays). We were all forced to sign the handbook before we could work. Is there some kind of place each state has to complain about this. We were scheduled with short hours since we were closed on thanksgiving so everyone was short hours. Everyone is upset about it but letting it go. I feel like if they can pick and choose what they want to follow on the handbook it shouldn’t be valid anymore. The company did just open more offices and is expanding but that shouldn’t be our problem they…
