So I work at a bank. And it's easy for the most part. Deposits, withdrawals, bank checks etc etc. But what's getting super frustrating is the push to “sell products so you hit your goals.” Why can't companies leave shit alone? A bank teller is not a sales person. I don't want to sell anything. I want to show up, help people and go home. Is that too much to ask for nowadays????
