I got an offer with an alarm company that is going to be much better than my current job, only thing is I need to pass a drug test so I haven't given my two weeks when the new job starts in two weeks if I pass.
I saw my bosses paycheck about a year ago and he gives himself a 60k salary while working 22 hours a week and I made 35k working 40 hours a week and overtime here and there(he didn't pay me overtime pay) plus since he's salary he's taken 10 vacations in the past year all paid and I haven't had 1 unpaid vacation in 2 years
I feel as though my boss has gotten more than enough from me is it wrong on my end to just quit if i pass the drug test?
