I feel like at the end of the day your going to have to work. And you are going to be under the elite and wealthy. I live in America and I’m working hard to carve a decent life. Honestly i like the grind and achieving success, but I’m tired of toxic bosses and leaders. (We definitely could work less tho!)
I feel like no matter what we will always have toxic elite over us that were just born into their status. I’m half black from the slums of ohio. Had to join the military to get out and currently working on my degree.
The military is like a toxic cult. Everyone hates their lives and takes it out on the lower rankings. Can’t wait to get out, but I’m losing faith in society. I feel like when i get out I’m going to have a toxic boss as well.
What is the way forward? Is society doomed? What is the solution to fostering a better work environment, and what political structure works best?
I honestly think we are going to be breaking our backs until we program AI to do the crappy jobs for us. Until then, we slave away.
