Not sure if this community is where to ask this legal/HR question about remote work but here goes…

Before I spend any $ asking a labor attorney… does anyone know wether the fact that my offer letter says I was hired at 60% remote and 40% on-site means anything when the company is now asking everyone to come onsite in a few months (60% or 3 days a week) ? I assume it will eventually go to 4 days. Since I was hired, my situation has changed and I only go in one day a week and it was fine until my boss left. I have a meeting w HR next week but wanted to check if this is even something I should bring up or wether it doesn’t matter and they can change the terms anytime? Thanks in advance!
