Not taking their health insurance, shouldn’t I get paid more?

I got a new job a few weeks ago and it’s going great. However, I already have insurance through my spouse’s job and I told them I won’t be using the insurance offered by my job. Shouldn’t I get some of that money? I’m not even asking for all of it but I am saving them money so they should give me some of it. Right? Am I crazy?
