Basically I get £14 an hour (UK) been here 2 years bearing in mind I asked for 14.50 when I very first started. Started on £12ph with the promise of bonuses monthly (had 1 in 2 years) I really get on with the boss. Very laid back with time off as I have a child so with appointments last minute he's laid back
Been offered job starting 3rd October at a company I've tried to get in a few times. £18.50 basic 40 hours , £28 in the week overtime and £37 weekends
Handing notice in this Tuesday, am I an arse for saying I can't do my full 4 weeks notice? And leaving in 2 weeks. We are not busy and haven't been for 1.5 years
