Noticed significant hours missing from paychecks, what do I do?

I started reviewing hours for my job and realized that some “job codes” (server vs dish washer vs training) were showing a $0 wage for that job. Occasionally I would work a dish shift or something to help out and I mostly make tips so I never check the paychecks. But, after seeing the one shift with $0 I began looking back. I have found 35 shifts from January to September 2022 that have $0 wage. I normally make $10 per hour so this adds up to a pretty significant amount as most shifts are 6-8 hours. I hope I am the only one that has this problem on my team but I doubt it. What do I do? If they really owe me that much I assume others are in the same boat and it starts to feel like a big ball was dropped if not something nefarious. Any…
