I wanted to ask a more lighthearted sort of question since a lot of this sub is pretty dark, but with good reason. I recently applied for a job and was at my second interview when they asked me for 3 professional references from EACH job I had ever had. I just thought this was super weird and had never encountered this before and was wondering if anyone else had? Also any other red flags or weird occurrences anyone has had while interviewing or with new hire stuff.
