If most people are making 40-50k had someone crunched the numbers of how much a person or family can get by taking advantage of EVERY government state and local program?
Please crunch the numbers I'd be interested to see if it's more than 40-50k.

Hiding assistance/ rent assistance
Energy assistance
Cell phones / cable
Gas
Health care
Etc …
