So I signed a contract stating if I left before two years I must repay my tuition of roughly 6k.
I almost immediately got put in a classroom and have taken over teaching. I'm fine with that except I'm making chump change to do this since I'm not licensed yet. I can take my state exam at 450 hours so that's like another two months roughly then ill get a real raise.
But I am not taking classes. I don't have any kind of education I'm receiving, I'm just collecting hours. And now my boss said I have to buy my exam book myself “it's only 100 dollars” says the guy driving the brand new tesla and paying me the equivalent of a fast food worker. Why wouldn't my book be included in the tuition? Should I ask for a breakdown of what my tuition is including cause I don't wanna stick it out for two years only because of this contract
