I can’t be the only one who has coworkers that have been in the same position there entire career and act like they hate their job but also stress themselves out with things that are either out of their control or don’t have anything to do with them. Like a coworker was telling me how me and another guy should do something differently because someone at another branch two hours away would have their time taken up slightly longer. I just genuinely don’t understand why people care so much about anything past their assigned responsibilities
