Old job doesn’t want to pay up

Debating on what I should do. I worked at a hospital for almost 2 years on 3rd shift. We were short staffed, shocking I know. As such I was scheduled in a way that I was unable to take a lunch. While I was encouraged to take one, there was no backup for my position. There was no one who could do what I do. Working in a trauma hospital, there isn't exactly a break in work. That's fine. I have worked in healthcare for almost a decade and it is one of the things that I have come to expect. However, I didn't expect to still have 30 minutes auto deducted from my check for lunch.

I addressed it with management who wanted me to inform them every time I didn't get a lunch despite telling them that I never get a lunch. I did however keep a spreadsheet. I did contact HR about two weeks before I put in my notice. HR has been stringing me along.

I had issues getting my last two weeks of pay, my vacation pay and they haven't given me the lunch time.

In addition, I had missed 5 days due to injury on the job. I was seen by a local doctor under worker's comp. I received an attendance point for this. 4 months later, I had an accident on the ice trying to go to work and slid off the road. I could not make it the hour drive to the hospital and had to call out. These are the only two absences I had in the last year of my employment.

My supervisor told me that I had an attendance problem. She also told me she was ignoring emails I sent her asking for specific instructions on policy and how to handle it because she didn't like my tone. She also had newer employees beg me to come in early and help out (extra hours on top of my already 11 hour 3rd shift) because she said she knew I would say no if she asked.

I also have this conversation as well as all the conversations about my pay to HR on tape. Weird how that recorder turned on but whatever. I filed a complaint with the state labor board with no response. Since they keep saying, “We're looking into it” 4 months later, and the labor board is nill, I don't have much hope for small claims court. They're kind of a big deal in the local area being the only trauma hospital within 100's of miles and sponsored by a local university.

I'm considering releasing these conversations and naming them on social media. Currently weighing my options. In the mean time, I am enjoying my new job and relaxing watching the cardinals outside my window.

EDIT: Also, when I reported the supervisors actions, I was told she would be disciplined. She's still there in that position.
