I currently work remotely and while I do enjoy the perks that come with it I have noticed one potential annoyance.
Tech support is not always reliable. My previous position I was able to get issues resolved through tech support no real problems. My current job? They're a joke. I had to talk to like two different agents to get a couple program fixed so I can get access. Today my computer booted up a blue screen and trying to get agents to help fix it is a nightmare
