One of these things doesn’t line up.

Absolute insanity. In what world is this even close to being considered fair compensation? “Unlimited PTO for salaried employees!” “Equity for many roles – you own [company]!” “COMPETITIVE BENEFITS.” I’m sorry; you’re paying poverty wages and somehow aren’t also one of those companies that completely covers insurance costs and such? Hell to the no. Instead of “equity” how about an equitABLE pay scale?
