Only person in my office to take a lunch

I am the only person in my office who leaves for my ~unpaid~ (ridiculous considering I work for a very profitable engineering company) lunch, and I get stares and comments of disapproval from the uppers, even though I was told when I began working for this company that we were, “free to take lunch whenever we wanted and for as long as we need.” I was extremely confused why none of my coworkers were leaving for their lunches, but I quickly realized that they were brainwashed into working harder for no extra benefit. We have jobs we complete which take a considerable amount of time, and we are penalized if our numbers aren’t up to their ridiculous standard. To reach this standard, many people skip lunch and work through it. Mind you that, on occasion, they will buy us lunch, but it’s nothing to rely on, and they do this with the intent of keeping us in the office. My goal is to communicate my issues, but obviously they would just call
me crazy if I spoke up about this and would most likely terminate my employment. Any suggestions? (note: I am fearless and don’t give a shit about corporate America or consequences)
