Maybe I’m being a brat when I say this but it’s annoying when jobs expect all applicants to have “open availability Mon-Sun”. Yes that might work for some people – but giving me a random schedule with different times and days to work every week is not something I’m willing to do (how can anyone with kids manage this) I don’t understand why companies expect you to give them access to ALL of your time for minimum pay & treatment.
