Been with the company 6 years and being overlooked at every turn when it counts. Stepping up in my role, project management training/development, prospecting, etc. I have been ostracized on all of that. Not even included on prospecting conversations for our office or anything. Still being asked to do all the grunt work and constantly overwhelmed. Then some other colleague who gets hired less than a year ago but has a higher promotional title, “Can you follow up on that email, and yes you (me) when will we see those 3 reports and gov’t filing plus the other outstanding tasks?”. Anyone else in this sort of corporate nightmarish setting? Zero respect for tenure doesn’t feel good.. Def wanna leave now.
