I graduated from a top architecture college last year and got placed as a trainee in a big corporate construction company.
I left my job to find out that its a 12h/day job sometime extending upto 15,16h. The pay is good for a graduate (INR 40k/mo)
But anyways i hope i will learn something from here which could help my career in future, But only to find out myself doing some shitty excel jobs and coordination. And the pressure is also too high on me.
Im really feeling like shit coz I was in the top 5 in my college and find myself in this shit situation.
The worst part is not having any personal time after work
Its been 7months here and I’m thinking to stay at-least an year, so that my resume will have some experience.
Should I leave or stay for 4 more months??
