I have boundaries and you arent respecting them, trying to reason with capitalists is like being in a narcissistic relationship
My employer hasn’t been paying overtime.
I checked my ADP paystub today. I noticed this week I worked 44 hrs and wasn't paid overtime. I am a store manager in PA and am paid on a hourly rate I am curious if there might be a reason for this? I'm die to work 53 hours this week and am wondering if they aren't going to pay that OT out either I specifically asked for hourly because I knew they might load me with a lot of OT.
Boss peeking through windows
I just saw the boss looking through the windows of two coworkers' cars…. not sure if they're aware… not sure if they told him to find a lighter in there, as he smokes a lot, and plus, the two women who own said cars aren't smokers… is he seriously spying on coworkers now?

Dilemma ⁉️
Two bosses closing company! (R) decided he wants to work alone, then (F) told me he wants me to work with him in his new company. All of this news was dumbed on me in one day and I can't deal with the stress since! Should I go with (F) or leave them both and find something else? I actually feel like F only offered me a job until he gets on his feet and then let me go.
Is this fucked up?
Hello fellow anti workers. Long time subscriber and first time poster. I’m a maintenance guy at a school who’s trying to use the skills he’s acquired to become a contractor at some point or go into some kind of trade, just so I can be my own boss as much as I can. So today at my school, I had an incident with a kid where I bumped into him with a ladder that I was moving throughout the hall. Mind you, I had asked the kids around the area to move, and the kid that I bumped is honestly one of my buddies there, but because he is in middle school, he’s incredibly immature and will often jokingly try and block my path sometimes. I genuinely don’t think that’s what happened today and think that even though I said to move a few times, I didn’t stop and bumped…
Hey friends, So a shop i used to work in is going to unionize. BUT. I recently had drinks with my old boss (who is a great guy), who still works there. He told me that he knew that, before i left, me and a friend had been meeting with union reps to talk about unionizing. My boss told me that at the time, he was privy to management conversations about just closing the shop instead of allowing it to unionize. He told me that he couldn’t warn me about that at the time because that could have constituted tampering or threatening, despite him being very supportive of us unionizing. But now my friend who still works there is going ahead with unionizing. If I tell him what my old boss told me, am I guilt of tampering or threatening? I want the shop to unionize but I don’t want…
I’m getting paid less than new hires.
I'm a student worker working at a place on campus, this is my second semester here. When I was hired, I was getting paid more than my coworkers at the time ($9.25 compared to $8.75). All but two of my original coworkers have quit, most due to pay reasons. Of the two that remain, only one is on my level; the other is my shift lead. My coworker and I are both still getting paid $9.25/hr, while all our non-temp-worker new coworkers are getting paid $10/hr (the temp workers get paid differently). It's also probably worth noting that almost all of us non-temp workers are part-time. We all know about this pay difference and we all think it's unfair, but none of us know how to bring it up. Hell, I don't even have any idea where our HR people are located because they're in a different building and I…
