looking for a job via recruiting agency
These places are annoying They ask you what your long term career goals are and what your dream job is… I just need to work. I need a paycheck. I'll do a good job and have a good work ethic but for fucks sake my existence is not to contribute or to sacrifice for a futile company. I need to pay my rent. My long term goal is to pay my rent, every month for until I retire… Ok??? Samantha, 22 who just graduated with 0 debt because her parents paid 60k a year for her to do ACID and cocaine in a new construction home in a college town with Greek letters on the mailbox DO YOU UNDERSTAND????
Unrealistic Expectations for Pay
Why do so many job listings require a Mormon lifestyle? One of CleanHarbors responsibilities includes the following: Because of the emergency response and operational nature of the position, a continuing condition of employment is that the applicant/candidate acknowledges and agrees to be on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and on occasion will require work during week-ends and holidays. To legally be able to drive based on this demand, you could never have more than two beers in a 3 hour period. Company policy can be more strict than the .08 BAC legal limit. This company has historically paid like shit for entry and associate level labor. Admittedly, I was caught and failed a random for THC. I was never under the influence at work, and I believe in a free country, my personal time should be free from constraints if I don't endanger…
Hi everyone, I see quite a lot of problems with work in the United States and the lack of a future. Things are falling apart – I think this is obvious by now. But I have an idea: living on an island, like Guam or USVI, living wild, sleeping where you want, fishing, foraging, living day to day. Is this feasible, in this day and age to live like this? It beats the drudgery of work, paying for rent (paying to live, really). So why not do something like this? Would I be arrested by authorities for simply existing, without paying rent to live somewhere? Is this a moot idea?
