Post title says it all- ALL publicly traded companies should have mandatory unionization of their workforce. Perhaps set a salary/wage limit that is directly tied to REAL inflation, not the governments CPI scam. For example, any employee earning below $250,000. Any company planning to go public should be required to unionize their workforce. Any company that is already traded publicly should be given a set amount of time (6 months, for example) to fully unionize their employees.
I think this belongs here.
The nth commandment
We need to boycott Starbucks NOW.
Starbucks is making an attack on workers' rights by performing unionbusting action of questionable legality. We must send the message that this kind of behavior is unacceptable and we will hurt you if you attempt to disrupt the formation of unions. This isn't just about Starbucks anymore. We need to terrify these greedy corporations as a whole and discipline the shit out of them. Start making your own coffee or supporting other businesses if you care about workers' rights. Union strong!

This blows my mind. We are paid for our time and in return, we carry out the tasks required of those paying us for that time. It is a clear agreement with clear benefits (theoretically) for both parties. I get X hours of pay and they get X hours of whatever task they need accomplished. So why the fuck would we change ANYTHING about our lives outside of those agreed upon hours? Why would we allow an employer to police ANYTHING about our lives? It blows my mind. You don't need a drug test to tell if someone is on drugs at work – whether that be alcohol, weed, meth, or anything else. You need common sense. And if you can't tell if someone is on drugs, then they are obviously accomplishing the agreed upon tasks in the agreed upon manner for the agreed upon time. What's in their veins…
