Does Anyone Have Print Screens Of Job Offers?

Hi guys. Kind of a weird request, I know. I have a Youtube channel and I've been making videos for a while now about things like the great resignation, the lying flat movement, all kinds of tips for improving your life, that sort of thing. I'm now editing a video for next week that questions if bosses are actually posting fake job ads to appease the exhausted workers they're making money off of. So I though of asking if anyone has print screens of job offers that have been posted and reposted. Or like job ads you've applied to that got no answer but they're still posting them, anything like that? I would really appreciate your help. I hope this isn't against the rules, If it is, I apologize and I'll delete this post. Sandy

Why can’t I look at company policies unless I’m clocked in?

Has anyone else had this problem? I had to come to Reddit just to figure out what the bereavement policy is for my company, I couldn’t even use my company device that I have at home with me to view the policies. Why would they want us using work time to read all the policies? It’s probably like that because they don’t actually want us to be informed.

Quit my job because I wasn’t getting paid. Parents were upset with me.

This happened a couple years ago, but it still feels relevant, so here’s the story: I was 18, looking for a new job that would make me some more money than my last one & treat me better than some of my coworkers + customers did (For context, I worked at a Chinese restaurant doing pickup orders. Made $7.25 an hour and was also never paid for training.) So, I talked to my mom and she suggested I try being a waitress at a restaurant. I applied to one next to my house (it rhymes with Tuby Ruesday) and was asked to come in, blah blah blah, was shortly hired after the interview. They made me a hostess because I had never worked as a waitress before (or a hostess) & once I was there long enough/knew the ropes, I could switch over to waitress. My first three days of…

I intend to quit my job on Monday… help.

I work for a health care clinic in Sweden as an administrator. I've worked here for about 3,5 years now. I make about $16,5/h and I get an annual pay increase of 2%. I've got a college degree in this field and I'll pay off my student loans til I'm 50 or so (college is free in Sweden but not rent+food). When I started my job i got no training, one of my colleagues quit after i had worked for 3 days and the other was fired a few weeks later, which meant that I had to do 3 people's job for months until my new colleague was hired. We still didn't get a 3rd colleague but managed to make it work. When we asked for new office chairs (the ones we had were 20+ years old) my boss agreed to buy one, not two, and she bought a cheap…

What Dick Moves Have You Witnessed from Corporate Management?

Over the years, I've seen a variety of shitty behavior from upper-level management personnel. I'll list a few. When I was younger, I was friends with most of the employees at a particular chain restaurant (that is totally not related to a certain red fruit with a bee on the end). New girl is hired. She's kind of different, but what do you expect when you only pay $2.50 an hour. Corporate manager visits one day, sees new girl. Gets upset because new girl wrinkled her nose when walking by a stinky customer. Orders her to be immediately drug tested. New girl was 420 afficionado. Got fired. Note: everyone smoked, including corporate. Can only guess the corporate bitch wanted the girl to have it on her record that she was terminated for drug use. Same restaurant chain – corporate executed an across the board pay cut for all restaurant level…

A few years back there was this antiwork-themed video game that excellently captured the employer driven propaganda of how people don’t need income, but that they “need” JOBS instead. I particularly love this short trailer the devs produced for it, still relevant today.
