My Friend Got Married On Saturday
I’ve told this guy multiple times to stop posting about politics in our work group chat and he doesn’t fucking listen. I’m so sick of it. Today he posted a video from Newsmax. IM NOT AT WORK TO HEAR YOUR STUPID RIGHT WING PROPAGANDA ASSHOLE

I went from struggling in my business and almost losing my house to making more money than I ever have in my life. I still have a business and work. But I don’t have to. The only reason I still do it is for people like you. A lot of you have The heart to be a leader. Let’s change the face of work forever….together. EDIT: To address the haters. I am the lowest paid employee in the company and live an extreme minimalist lifestyle. My wife and I live in a tiny 30ft trailer with our 2 toddlers. We own no house or property. We are extremely frugal. EDIT 2: I am not selling the book. In fact you can find a TON of free copies/readings on the worlb wive wed.
Ok, so my FIL is 83 and we are all moving in together because he's no longer able to live on his own. He will have a full apartment of his own and we all know he won't last forever. Once he's gone, our thought was to rent it out because it's going to be a full apartment that's just sitting there doing nothing otherwise. Obviously, I don't want to take advantage of someone else but housing in my town has gotten crazy scarce so NOT renting it seems like a bigger hit on someone than renting. The money we get will of course go to the mortgage. Is there a way to do this without immediately being labeled as an exploiter? I'm not looking to get rich, but there's no reason to just leave a perfectly nice apartment empty.
