Had a meeting this week where I mentioned that I had created a tool to help make some of our work a bit easier/more efficient. My boss' response: That meeting wasn't very productive (there was pushback from one other person in the meeting and discussion/disagreement as we hashed out the best way to implement). I have too much work to do and so many projects that I can't even think about process. You need to reconsider your need to have processes.

Honestly I don't know how people can be so stupid and ignorant in the upper positions. Im currently working in a warehouse, it was a pretty fun job and I had my complaints but at the end of the day I need the job and It had more positives than negatives, fast forward to 1 year ago we moved to a bigger warehouse since the companies looks like it's doing really well ( I don't even know how ), I could point things that shouldn't even be done ever, our inventory is currently inexistent since we dont do that ever Wich means tons of things keep getting lost everyday but they don't care and the strawberry on the cake Is short staffed. Found out I have covid today (again đ¤Śâď¸). I told my boss and he said âNo worries we donât care anymore see you tomorrowâ. Besides the fact that I feel like shit, I think itâs irresponsible to go to work and put others at risk. Iâm in a type of automotive sales so I talk to a ton of people everyday. Should I just not go? Or is it actually not that big of a deal if I wear a mask.
People who don't want to work should be able to get social security. If they don't want to work they shouldn't be forced to.
