In an email from the President. Essentially, he said “Good evening everyone. I hope you've all had a good week. We've made the decision to work with a different financial institution. This means we will be moving payday from Friday to Monday. I only found out an hour ago that this will be happening and there's nothing I can do about it. Sorry for the late notice. But on a more positive note, we're bringing on two more accounts! This is a great time for (company) and I'm glad you're all a part of it.” He's lying about using a new financial institution. Payroll hasn't changed. He just didn't send the wire for it. Why? Nobody knows. The company has made over a million dollars last year. A gift from my friends job
Sorry I’m late I didn’t want to come
One morning I noticed my cat wasn’t feeling well. It was too close to my shift to call out. When I got to work, I asked if there was any way to leave early, as we were completely dead. Manager said no. I begged him to just please let me leave. My cat is really sick. He said you should have gotten coverage. I was like it was way too sudden to get coverage. Get off work hours later to take my cat to the vet. He died the next day. I took a couple days off work. The same manager comes up to me. Hey, how’s your cat? He’s dead Ryan, f*cking dead. This is the day I stopped doing anything extra at my jobs. Fck you Ryan. Fck you.
The only problem is my current job is 100% remote. Been remote for nearly 2 years. It’s fantastic. The recruiter asked if I was ok making a commute again and I told him “I’m going to be honest with you, I make 60k a year. Fully remote. If you want me to drive into an office every day, you’re going to have to offer a lot more than 75k a year.” He said “ok, that makes a lot of sense.” Did the interview and made it to round 2. No news yet if they’re going to follow through, but it seems like they’re willing to play ball. Even at 60k a year I’m working part time as a pizza delivery driver AND just got a job as a dishwasher at another restaurant. 15k more a year is roughly 300 dollars more a paycheck. I know what I’m worth and I…

Recently her boss told them that he wants to install camera in their homes to make sure that they are working and not off walking their pets or making lunch for their kids. No word on what will happen if they refuse
