I'm a media 2019 graduate, who has struggled immensely in the job world. I finished uni, then shortly after did a short course, a few months later found a crappy internin marketing, now how im back at the cycle of job searching. It is still difficult because the 6 months is clearly not enough, and the jobs want me to have at least a year. I'm looking at interns but even then… at least a year. How will I get experience or land mt first actual job if everywhere wants like 2+ years of experience?? I'm baffled

It's gotten to the point that we get reminded every single night that we will be given write-ups if we fail to reach at least 50% of our goal each night. 3 write-ups and you're GONE. Well… Tonight, (my day off mind you) I'm working a line with two other employees. The girl at the front of the line runs out of one of the parts she needs so she tells our lift driver to go find them. He returns around 10 minutes later and say that he can't find any…
Netflix puts profits over lives
According to this article, Netflix might start to show Russian propaganda next month in Russia: https://www.politico.eu/article/us-streaming-giant-netflix-set-to-broadcast-putin-propaganda/ Basically it means there is possibly war promotion that will literally lengthen the war and cost lives. Instead of doing the right thing and leaving they are considering to stay for the money. Maybe you want to tell them how you feel about it? https://help.netflix.com/en/contactus
