Found a new super promising job that looked amazing on paper … good. Damn, it was an open plan office. Less good. The whole place was exactly like that office from hell at movie The Wolf from Wall Street, just with better acoustics. Noticed that most inmates are in pathological love with their own voices, spending 7 from 8 working hours at office with “social conversation”. That one other hour is when they were on lunch. The talking did not stop, just moved to canteen temporarily. After hearing that one same joke for 1000000000000000th time, bought insanely expensive earplugs with supposedly superb passive noise cancellation. Worked well. EAPLUGS CAUSED UPROAR AND WAR DECLARATION FROM OTHER INMATES!!!! Shit. Tried to work without earplugs for a week and had to stop due to too frequent fits of rage and nearly irresistible urges to murder everyone in 10m radius. After 3 years in…

As someone with direct reports and a level of leadership in my workplace, am I allowed to wear material that promotes unionizing?

I don't care what my boss thinks about this. More along the lines of, are salaried supervisors supposed to be doing that from a union perspective? I know there are pretty strict rules. Thank you for any input!
