What would you do in this situation?
Currently working here with two others. (A)One who started recently same time as me would consider work friend (B) One who has been here a few years is grumpy. So A/B don’t get on very well. We cover each other’s breaks we are supposed to get 45 min breaks each. So B goes first then me then A. Today A asked me if I can cut down my break to 30 mins because B is taking 1 hour breaks meaning A has to go break late. I did however A then took 50+ minutes. When initially discussing breaks A agreed to go last break and has never complained until today. I’m not a confrontational type person I’m just here to do the job and go home but I feel it’s unfair on me why I’m being dragged into their mess. How would you deal with this ?

Temporary Work Assignment
I work for a company that offers temporary work assignments as a means to develop you as an employee. They goal is to have the employee accept an assignment at no additional pay for a period of up to 6 months. So now im roped in doing activities that are multiple paygrades above what i was hired on to do…what are is everyones thoughts on temporary work assignments?
About 4 weeks ago I accepted a job offer, but ended up taking a better offer somewhere else. I notified the employer before the start date that I wouldn't no longer be going forward with it and rescinded my acceptance. It's been 4 weeks since then and I've received 2 paychecks in the mail.. I figured my minimum due diligence here is to notify them that this is occurring. I'm all about sticking it to the man for my benefit, but don't want to be a complete schyster. What do you guys recommend? If I notify them and it keeps happening, I figure I deposit it and after some long time period (6 months or so) potentially start using it. Talk me down from the ledge or help me jump and do it. I'm not in dire need of additional cash, but as anybody could say I wouldn't mind some…
Sick Leave Documentation
Hello, At my work, we’re not allowed to use sick leave unless we have a doctor’s note. Which I’m barely ever able to get, so I’ve accrued several months worth of sick leave over the years and just have to leave it sitting there. If I retire there, I get half of it paid out. It’s not private, I work for a municipality. With all the people who have left over the past year, and no one being hired to replace them, I’m so stressed out that I can barely sleep anymore, and have to go to the bathroom to cry…I manage about 20 people and am always worried they’ll catch me crying. Basically have no idea why I’m even crying. I have a hard time making decisions anymore too. Anyway, the point of this is: does anyone know what kind of doctor I might go to, to see if…
I've been or was a supervisor for 3 years. I work in food. I did my job pretty dang well. Going above and beyond, doing things I wasn't supposed to always do because it wasn't in my job description. Coming in early or on off days, I did it all. Then boom, finally after trying for a long time, I'm finally pregnant. I work at a college, so we follow an academic schedule. I'm 32 weeks and each week has gotten increasingly more difficult, physically, emotionally, and mentally. I recently got gestational diabetes which is also stressful. I even got written up for being late the one time I've ever been late because my OB appointment took longer than expected. And believe me, the boss knew I'd be late. Months in advance. My job doesn't offer maternity leave. I was told I could use PTO and STD. I had about…
