I'm an Assistant Community Manager for Thrive Communities Management in Seattle, making $20 hr, new to the industry hired three months ago. Apparently, my regional manager decided to withhold my leasing commissions for not completing online training courses, because running two site's/200 residents/160+ units wasn't enough. Thanks for letting me get this off my chest antiwork.
