I've been dealing with a nightmare of HR lady at work for the last year. She's done anything and everything to single me out, harass me, and make my life hell at work. I'll be quitting tomorrow, and this will be my chance for some get back before I walk out. It can't be anything illegal; I'm not giving her the chance to call the cops on me. Do you have some ideas?

Wanted word from my boss who told me that when work is done, ask if anyone in the office needs help and if not then I’m good to go. Today, I got done before noon. I have been working for a small business in a technical field since graduating from college about 4 years ago. The business I work for is small, I was their first employee, and am currently one of four. Over the holidays and start of the new year I began chatting with colleagues from other, larger businesses in the industry about salary, since I don’t have a peer group to discuss this with at my workplace. Ultimately, I discovered I am getting paid significantly less than my peer group, by around $15,000-20,000, and I do not get paid overtime like they do. I told my boss I have recruiters reaching out to me with 40-50% base increases, not including absurd bonus targets, fully remote jobs to lower my cost of living and this firm comes back to me with 2.2%?!
